Terms and Conditions: You have purchased a prepaid RCI Cruise and Resort Vacations(“CRH”) Cruise Holiday Certificate for Two (“Certificate”) valid for one (1) 7, 10, or 12-DAY CRUISE HOLIDAY FOR TWO or Two (2) 7-Day Cruise Holiday for two. The 7,10,or 12-Day Cruise holiday is valid for one (1) inside cabin for two (2) persons on select seven (7), ten (10) or twelve (12) day cruise itineraries (“Premium Cruise Holiday”). Or, in the alternative, this Certificate is valid for two (2)7-Day Cruise holidays on an inside cabin for two (2) people, on select seven (7) day cruise itineraries (“Standard Cruise Vacations”). Government fees, taxes, and port expenses including any fuel surcharges are not included. All cruises are subject to availability, seasonality, category restrictions and itinerary limitations. When redeeming for two Standard Cruise Holidays, both cabins can be on the same cruise or on different cruises and may be booked at the same time or different times. Redemption of Certificate for a Premium Cruise Holiday voids both Standard Cruise Holidays and Redemption of Certificate for the first Standard Cruise Holiday voids the Premium Cruise Holiday.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use and redemption of this Certificate by each RCI® Member and Guest (as defined below), if applicable, who has purchased a Cruise and Resort Holiday certificate package (“CRH package”) and has the legal right to redeem this Holiday (“Redeemer”). In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Redeemer and Guests must also comply with all RCI Cruise Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the RCI membership, and all applicable cruise line terms and conditions and policies and procedures. This Holiday is only sold to RCI Members and is not transferable to any other party, except as set forth below. This Holiday may not be combined with any other offer relating to the same reservation or accommodations except as specifically stated on future promotions.

This Certificate is provided and administered by ICE Europe Ltd., trading as Our Holiday Centre (“ICE”), a company incorporated in England with company number 3793955 and whose registered office is at The Atrium, 1 Harefield Road, Uxbridge, England, UB8 1EX. Your contract in relation to this Certificate is with ICE; RCI Europe does not provide or have any liability in relation to the Certificate or any services or products relating to it or arising from it.

This Certificate is sold in combination with other certificates and/or services as part of a CRH package sale. A Redeemer may cancel the CRH package purchase within a period of fourteen days of the date of receipt of the Certificate (“Cancellation Period”) by giving written notice to ICE at the address set out above or by email to Cancel.Requests@ourholidaycentre.com. After expiration of the Cancellation Period, the purchase of the Holiday is final and the entire purchase price is nonrefundable. Customer acknowledgment of the non-refundable purchase price is recorded during the sales validation process. If you redeem within the Cancellation Period, subject to receipt of the certificate, your cancellation rights will terminate on the date of redemption. This Holiday is valid for redemption only when payment for the purchase price including any applicable fees and taxes has been receive by ICE in full.

To redeem this Certificate follow the directions on the front of this Certificate. Reservations must be confirmed by ICE (“Booking Confirmation/Cruise Receipt”) to be honored at the cruise ship. It is important that you do not leave for your Holiday until you have received your Booking Confirmation/ Cruise Receipt from ICE. The Booking Confirmation/Cruise Receipt will be sent to you within two (2) weeks of the booking date.

Cruise sail dates, itineraries and reservations are subject to availability. Standard cruise line and cruise ship restrictions and rules apply and are at the discretion of the cruise line, including arrival and departure dates.

Redeemer is responsible for all Government fees, taxes, and port expenses including any fuel surcharges associated with the cruise. Redeemer is also responsible for all charges incurred in excess of this offer, including air/ground transportation, personal expenses, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by the cruise line or ship for the use of onboard amenities and facilities.

Third and fourth guest fares, cabin upgrades, cruise upgrades and extension of length of cruise, when available, may be purchased from a RCI Cruise & Resort Holidays Guide at the time of the cruise booking for additional fees.

This certificate expires on the expiration date found online at RCICruiser.co.uk and in the accompanying welcome letter or receipt. Redeemer must book the cruise (or cruises) before the certificate expires. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or resale and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for refund except as required by law or as set forth herein. Unredeemed certificates have no value. Neither RCI Europe nor ICE is responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Lost or stolen certificate(s) may be replaced at RCI’s or ICE’s sole discretion as it may determine. If RCI Europe or ICE elects to replace a lost or stolen certificate, processing fees may apply. Photocopies of this certificate or other reproductions will not be honored. The Holiday may be transferred as a gift, or without payment or consideration, but cannot be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale. This certificate is void if resold for cash or other consideration. Your Guests and/or recipients of the certificate are referred to herein as “Guest(s).” In the event the cruise booking is used by Guest(s) only, and not the Redeemer, additional charges by RCI Europe or ICE may apply. This certificate is valid for sailing only upon receipt by ICE of final payment for the RCI CRH package, including any applicable fees and taxes, at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the selected sailing date. All travelers must have in their possession proper documentation required by the United Kingdom and any foreign port visited. Names on the Booking Confirmation/Cruise Receipt must match the documentation exactly. Travelers are advised to consult with the appropriate government agencies and embassies to determine what documentation will be required. RCI/ICE assumes no responsibility for advising travelers of immigration and/or customs requirements.

RCI/ICE does not assume any liability or responsibility for any loss whatsoever to persons or property on any cruise line ship or any aircraft/ship in transit to and from said cruise line ship due to delays, cancellations, nature, oil spills mechanical breakdown, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism (or threat of terrorism), or acts of God.

RCI/ICE DOES NOT CONTROL THE CRUISE LINE OR CRUISE SHIP AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CRUISE LINE’S OR CRUISE SHIP’S ACTIONS OR INACTIONS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERFORMANCE, LACK OF AVAILABILITY, OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. IF YOU, YOUR FAMILY OR GUESTS SHOULD INCUR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE THROUGH USE OF THIS CERTIFICATE (WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), RCI’S/ICE’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID TO RCI/ ICE TO ACQUIRE THE CERTIFICATE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL RCI/ICE BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), ARISING FROM, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS CERTIFICATE EVEN IF RCI/ICE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE).

Use Terms and Conditions: Redeemer must be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same cabin by parent, relative or guardian age 25 or older. Certain otherage restrictions may apply. You, your family and guests must use the confirmed accommodati ons in a responsible and careful manner. You are responsible for injury, damage, theft or loss caused by you, your family and Guests onboard the ship. You, your family and guests must comply with all rules and requirements of the cruise line. You must receive a Booking Confirmation/Cruise Receipt from us and produce same at check-in. In no event can the total number of people occupying the cabin exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Booking Confirmation/Cruise Receipt.

Cancellation: In the event cancellation of the booked cruise becomes necessary by Redeemer, Redeemer must submit the cancellation in writing by providing written notice to RCI Cruise and Resort Holidays c/o ICE Europe Ltd., The Atrium, 1 Harefield Road, Uxbridge, England, UB8 1EX Attn: Cancellations, or via phone 0800 032 0978 and it must be received by ICE in conformance with RCI Cruise Terms and Conditions and with cruise line terms and conditions and cancellation policies and procedures. All cancellations are subject to any cruise line cancellation fees and any additional fees as listed in RCI Cruise Terms and Conditions. Such fees must be paid at time of cancellation in order to reinstate this certificate. In n event is Redeemer entitled to any cash refund except as set forth above.

All of the cruise descriptions and amenity information have been provided by each cruise line, or its affiliates. All ship ratings have been provided by The Independent Traveler and/or CruiseCritic. com. RCI Europe and ICE expressly disclaim any liability for any such information. RCI Europe and ICE provide such cruise descriptions, amenity information, and ship ratings for your convenience only. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of RCI Europe or ICE and without prior notice to you. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors or distributors. Any personal taxes associated with the redemption of this Holiday are the responsibility of Redeemer.

By accepting and using this certificate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any action at law or in equity by you or your Guest, who is either on holiday with you or traveling with you under a Cruise Receipt, to seek any remedy against RCI/ICE, their associated entities, designees, or contractors must be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In the event any legal action is initiated by you or your Guest and RCI Europe or ICE prevails, you or Guest shall, without limitation, pay all costs incurred by RCI Europe or ICE in defending such action, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, paralegal fees and court costs.
