Cruise Pass Certificate Terms and Conditions:

You (“You” or “Your”) have received a Cruise Pass Certificate (“Cruise Pass”) in conjunction with your purchase of a RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Package

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use and redemption of the Cruise Pass by each member who has received a Cruise Pass and has the legal right to redeem same toward the purchase of cruises or additional cruises. These Terms and Conditions, the Cruise Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, the cancellation policy for cash purchases, the terms and conditions of membership and all applicable cruise line and third-party supplier terms and conditions and policies and procedures apply to the Cruise Pass.  For Cruise Terms and Conditions, visit go.ourholidaycentre.co.uk/rci/terms or 0800 032 0978

It is Your sole responsibility as the RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday package holder to comply with and inform your guests of the content of these Terms and Conditions, and the terms and conditions and policies and procedures of all applicable cruise lines.  The Cruise Pass is only available to package holder and is not transferable to any other party.

Cruise Pass

The Cruise Pass received with a qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Purchase provides members in good standing with the opportunity to purchase cruises at the discounted rates with available savings between £100 and £1200 per cabin, without (i) payment of an additional Exchange or Transaction Fee, and (ii) without an exchange of a qualified Deposit or applicable Points for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of your Qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday package Purchase.

Subject to the exceptions below, the Cruise Pass received through a qualified RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Purchase will be issued within your qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Purchase, and will expire twelve (12) months from the date of your qualifying Purchase. Your cruise must be booked within twelve (12) months from the date of your qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Purchase and travel must be completed within twenty four (24) months from the date of booking a select cruise.

Unredeemed Cruise Passes

An unredeemed Cruise Pass has no value. RCI and ICE are not responsible for lost or stolen Cruise Passes. Lost or stolen Cruise Passes may be replaced at Holiday Package and ICE’s sole discretion as they may determine. If RCI or ICE elects to replace a lost or stolen Cruise Pass, processing fees may apply. Photocopies of the Cruise Pass or other reproductions will not be honoured. The Cruise Pass may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale. In the event ICE learns of such Cruise pass being used for commercial purposes, ICE may immediately terminate your rights under the Cruise Pass including any pending travel thereunder.

Cancellation of Cruise Pass

If You have received a Cruise Pass in conjunction with a qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Package Purchase, cancellation of such qualifying RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday Package Purchase voids the Cruise Pass. 

Rates are per person, in GBP, based on double occupancy and cabin type, and include accommodations, Government fees, taxes, and port expenses. most meals, activities and entertainment while on-board the ship. Some items such as beverages, gratuities, and optional specialty dining may not be included dependent upon the cruise line you have selected. Rates are determined by availability, sailing date, departure city, cabin location, cruise line, ship, length of cruise and itinerary and are based on space availability and subject to change without notice. Itineraries may vary by sailing date. Additional fees may apply. Special rates may not be applicable with other offers. All prices, itineraries, offers and upgrades are for selected dates, sailings, and cabin categories only, are subject to availability, are capacity controlled, are current at the time of publication and may change at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply. All prices and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice.

In addition, all cruise lines and other suppliers retain certain rights to increase fares including but not limited to government fees, taxes, port expenses, service charges, fuel supplements. Cruise lines may also modify itineraries, change availability, and change cabin categories and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price imposed by the cruise line will be passed on to you and you agree to such increase.  Airfare is not included.  Additional cruise line terms and conditions apply.

ICE reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Cruise Pass or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

Cruise Pass Redemption

To redeem the Cruise Pass, call 0800 032 0978 or follow the directions contained within the Cruise Pass.  Reservations must be confirmed by RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday (“Booking Confirmation/Cruise/Resort Receipt”) to be honoured at the cruise ship. Do not leave for holiday until you have received the confirmation or Booking Receipt.

Fulfilment Services

The issuance and redemption of the Cruise Pass and the cruises offered or purchased through RCI Cruise and Resort Holiday with the Cruise Pass including any transactions are administered by ICE Europe Ltd., trading as Our Holiday Centre (“ICE”), a company incorporated in England with company number 3793955 and whose registered office is at The Atrium, 1 Harefield Road, Uxbridge, England, UB8 1EX.  RCI disclaims all responsibility in connection with any third-party cruise or travel services.

Force Majeure

RCI and ICE do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property on any cruise line ship or on any aircraft/ship in transit to and from said cruise line ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, oil spill, mechanical breakdown, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism (or threat of terrorism) or acts of God.

Limitation of Liability

RCI AND/OR ICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, DELAY, DEATH OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OF THE CRUISE LINE OR OTHER SUPPLIERS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. RCI'S AND/OR ICE’s LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OF RCI WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PORTION OF FEES PAID BY YOU AND HELF BY RCI AND/OR ICE, IF ANY, FOR THE CRUISE. IN NO EVENT WILL RCI AND/OR ICE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SAME. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY TO RCI AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND AGENTS OF RCI.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes or conflicts arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions.

All of the cruise descriptions and amenity information included on ng.rcicruiser.co.uk have been provided by each cruise line. All ship ratings have been provided by The Independent Traveler and/or CruiseCritic.com. RCI Europe (RCI) and ICE EUROPE LTD (ICE) expressly disclaim any liability for any such information. RCI and ICE provide such cruise descriptions, amenity information, and ship ratings for your convenience only.

RCI Travel is fulfilled by Contemporary Travel Solutions. RCI Travel does not supply any travel services and is not responsible for any of the products or services offered herein. Contemporary Travel Solutions is an Accredited Body member of Advantage Travel Centres ("Advantage"), company registration number 04698963, ABTA Number P6913. Advantage Travel Centres has its registered office at 21 Provost Street London N1 7NH. This means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate.
