OHC receives and stores personal data that you enter on our websites or give us in any other way. Security and retention

In order to complete your booking, OHC will also need to collect personal data about you, and others included in your group, to pass to third parties (such as relevant hotels, excursion operators, etc.) for the purposes of booking your holiday, or for analysis, technical processing or other legitimate purposes. This may involve the transfer of information outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and by providing OHC with this information you acknowledge that is maybe necessary to do so in order to perform our obligations to you which include transferring such information out of the EEA. In such cases, we will ensure that your rights with regards to any such processing and your personal data will still be adequately protected.
